With a background in psychology and over a decade of experience in professional training, I founded Sage & Vine Aesthetics to raise the standard for beauty services in Richmond. What started as a personal journey in lash artistry has evolved into a full-service med spa known for expert care, continuous learning, and helping clients feel confident—inside and out.
Meet Our Nurse Injectors
Nikki Gooding, NP
Nikki, our Nurse Practitioner, is certified in both Acute Care and Family Practice. With over a decade of experience in healthcare, her journey began as a CNA and progressed through roles as an EMT, Registered Nurse, and now a Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical background is rooted in emergency medicine, where she developed a strong foundation in acute patient care. In recent years, she has expanded her expertise into the field of aesthetics, bringing the perfect blend of medical knowledge and artistic precision to her practice.
At Sage & Vine Aesthetics, Nikki offers a wide range of services including weight management, dermal fillers, neurotoxins, Sculptra, Morpheus8, PRP, and more. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident and empowered through her personalized and results-driven approach. Her goal is to make sure you not only look good, but you feel good from the inside out.
Moriah Sedlak, RN
Moriah, our registered nurse, brings 8 years of nursing experience, with a strong background in emergency medicine. She spent 7 years working in the ER and 4 years as a travel nurse, perfecting her clinical skills in fast-paced and high pressure environments across the country.
After experiencing firsthand how treatments helped her feel more confident in her own skin, she knew she wanted to help others feel the same.
At Sage & Vine, Moriah specializes in treatments that support natural and radiant results. Whether she’s performing advanced skin treatments or helping clients build a long-term aesthetic plan, her approach is grounded in empathy and education.
